Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive better decision-making through data analysis and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions. Operationalize data processes to provide ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools to stakeholders. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth. Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving business outcomes and growth. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a consumer-facing web business, or in a high-growth, high-paced product or team environment. Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R. Experience using data to drive business outcomes and inform decision-making. Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategy. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships and drive business outcomes. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications Passion for online communities, gaming, and Twitch. Experience in Operational Excellence, defining metrics and analysis reporting. Experience working with software development and operational event data. Familiarity with machine learning techniques, such as logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
