Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years working with Databricks, Python, and SQL
• Experience with data ingestion, pipeline development, and data validation
• Batch ingestion experience (streaming is a plus)
• Strong understanding of Delta Lake, lakehouse concepts
• Familiarity with data modeling (star/snowflake), CTEs, window functions
Preferred
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer – Associate
• Experience with: dbt, Fivetran, Coalesce
• Exposure to data quality tools (Great Expectations)
• Background in enterprise environments (healthcare, retail, finance, etc.)
