Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers. You will assist customers with inquiries related to booking, cancellations, and any issues that may arise during their travel experience. Your primary goal will be to provide exemplary service and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to Delta’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

- Provide information regarding Deltas services, policies, and travel procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and company policies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
