In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel plans, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. Requirements
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights.
- Provide assistance with baggage claims, check-in processes, and general travel information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Deltas services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Educational Qualifications
