The Sourcing Manager, Americas will focus on sourcing denim and circular knits in Mexico, with an emphasis on optimizing Quince?s supply chain through nearshoring strategies. This role is critical in re-sourcing existing products that currently have long lead times and high logistics costs, while also identifying and launching new denim and circular knit products from the region to drive business growth. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for: ? Scouting and vetting potential denim and circular knit suppliers in Mexico. ? Pitching Quince?s business model to key manufacturing partners. ? Conducting cost analyses for core products to ensure competitive pricing. ? Onboarding and integrating suppliers into Quince?s fast-paced supply chain. ? Ensuring long-term supplier success, conducting periodic business reviews, and driving operational efficiencies. This role is pivotal to Quince?s continued growth and nearshoring strategy, unlocking faster lead times, reduced logistics costs, and stronger alignment with our Made-to-Consumer (MTC) model.
