Job Description:
• Lead the development of creative strategies for all digital channels, including website, social media, email outreach, digital advertising, and interactive experiences
• Work with our digital firm and outside consultants to ensure a variety of timely content across platforms
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints
• Oversee the entire creative process, from conceptualization and ideation to execution and delivery with assistance from consultants when necessary
• Collaborate with outside stakeholders to align creative strategies with campaign goals
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Manage creative budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Mentor and develop creative talent within the team
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years of digital communications and creative media communications experience
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role
• Strong background in digital design, marketing, and brand strategy
• Expertise in digital design, including proficiency with relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns, brand development, and interactive experiences
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
