This role involves supporting the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering against client requirements. The role is hybrid based and comes with a salary of £60,000, a car allowance, and a generous benefits package. Key Digital Construction Manager Responsibilities: Monitor the completion of IM Gateway forms across all tenders to fulfil assurance procedures. Ensure Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are met across relevant projects. Manage, share, and exchange information using the common data environment, adhering to ISO 19650 standards. Support and audit project teams to ensure the use of specified software and workflows. Desired Digital Construction Manager Skills: Strong understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents. Ability to discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie. Enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working. Innovative, with a willingness to share ideas and challenge standard practices. Team Leading / Coordination of team activities. Experience with software tools to view and interrogate models. You will be working for one of the premier digital construction consultancies in the UK.
