About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Graphic Design Contractor to join our Creative team for an initial 2-month engagement at 30 hours per week. This role will serve as an extension of our in-house creative team, working under the guidance of our Associate Art Director to translate established brand guidelines into high-performing digital assets for well-known consumer brands. This is a fully remote contract position. Candidates must be based in the United States and available during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time) for collaboration and reviews. Responsibilities: • Design high-impact digital assets, including: • Amazon Brand Stores • Amazon A+ Content • Infographics • Web banners • Digital illustrations • Translate existing brand guidelines into compelling, elevated, conversion-focused creative • Collaborate closely with the Associate Art Director, fellow designers, and copywriters to refine concepts and integrate messaging • Manage workload and deadlines independently using Monday.com • Participate in brief daily 15-minute check-ins to align on priorities and overflow work • Track hours accurately and proactively communicate progress, blockers, and updates • Implement feedback efficiently and maintain pixel-level attention to detail Primary Qualifications: • Must be based in the United States • 3+ years of experience in an agency environment • Strong portfolio showcasing digital B2C client work (portfolio link required) • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Demonstrated experience working within established brand guidelines • Ability to deliver clean, effective, on-brand design under tight deadlines • Availability during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time for collaboration Other Qualifications: • Experience designing for Amazon Brand Stores and A+ Content strongly preferred • Experience with After Effects (animation) or Figma is a plus • Familiarity with Monday.com project management is a plus • Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Compensation: Rate: $50 – $85 per hour, based on experience and portfolio strength Volume: 30 hours per week Duration: 2-month initial contract, with re-evaluation at the 60-day mark for potential renewal or contract-to-hire Job Type: Contract (1099) Job Location: Remote (United States Only) Pay: $50.00 - $85.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply Now Apply Now
