September 13, 2025 Your Role: Key responsibilities are as follows: Drive the development of next-generation products using AI/ML and collaborate with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Client Services. Produce roadmap presentations for and external stakeholders, guiding clients to adopt new features. Establish change discipline in North America for seamless adoption of new product capabilities. Manage updates to product documentation and collaborate globally communication impacts. Engage early in product development to provide input and manage business requirements documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams for communication and training on product and policy changes. Solve complex challenges using innovative solutions. Utilize data-driven decision-making in product development using tools like Tableau and GBI (MicroStrategy). About You: The ideal candidate is: A Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, graduating in December 2025 or later. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to establish clear action plans. Skilled in clear and concise communication and professional judgment. Capable of driving deliverables to completion under tight deadlines. Exceptional in analytical skills, able to process and summarize data into strategic insights. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable about the product development life cycle through experience or education.
