Director, Corporate Finance, Financial Closing and Reporting

Description: • Lead the Corporate Finance team through month / quarter / annual financial closing and reporting. • Responsible for consolidating preliminary results and sharing with Financial Leadership team. • Establish and communicate the annual calendar for month / quarter / annual reporting. • Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the month closing activities. • Present results to the Finance Leadership Team, with high-quality variance analysis. • Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling. • Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow. • Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. • MBA is desirable • 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required. • Corporate Finance experience is preferred. • Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. • People management experience is required. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Ability to deal with strategic topics while also having a hands-on approach.
