Job Description:
• Develop and implement Paid Search strategy and objectives consistent with the organization's overall strategy
• Manage a team of employees and hire new employees
• Ensure the development of individuals within the organization
• Coach and direct people to achieve both organizational and individual objectives
• Responsible for the financial delivery of the channel
• Oversee day-to-day execution of the channel, including content creation and algorithm/data quality
• Own the road map for the future development of the channel
Requirements:
• 10+ years relevant direct marketing experience within ecommerce or travel
• At least 5+ years in performance marketing and preferably PPC
• Proven track record of effective management of people in successful teams
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends shaping the online travel market
• Excellent communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to envision, articulate, and execute a compelling future for the business
• Ability to manage across teams, geographies, cultures, and functions
