We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and seasoned sales leader to elevate our sweet team of account managers and grow Sugarwish revenue. Reporting directly to our President and partnering with Sugarwishers across the organization, our Sales Director will drive sales, brand loyalty, and customer experience, allowing us to deliver happiness to more gift givers and recipients around the world.
Direct knowledge of Sugarwish is required.
What you’ll do:
Take the lead on generating brand-aligned content for ongoing templated sales outreach
Identify and implement best practices for the sales team to leverage technology for prioritization, productivity, and pipeline management
Identify and execute full life cycle sales strategy
Provide direction and support for a team of Gift Concierges (account managers)
Develop, and train, best practices for account manager outreach and pipeline closing
Partner with Sales Analyst and members of the executive team to understand and drive strategy based on sales, forecasts, conversion, promotions, seasonality, and other relevant data

What you bring:
3+ years Sugarwish specific experience
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to increase sales results and efficiency
Proven ability to generate creative, brand-aligned email/voicemail content to drive sales for existing clients
Track record of building and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Superior technical aptitude and data driven decision making
Excellent organizational and communication skills for a dynamic, fast-paced remote first environment
SALARY RANGE
$100,000- $130,000 + bonus, depending on experience and qualifications
WORK LOCATION
Remote: Work from Home with occasional travel 4-6x a year
