A fast-growing, tech-forward organization supporting the hospitality industry is seeking a hands-on Director of Accounting Operations & Systems to help architect the next generation of financial and operational workflows.

What You’ll Lead
• Oversee financial systems architecture including R365 workflows, integrations, reporting & database structure
• * Own month-end close, GL accuracy, reconciliations, and financial reporting framework
• * Build and refine scalable SOPs alongside senior finance & operations leadership
• * Manage internal R365 implementations, onboarding, and data cleanup
• * Troubleshoot AP capture, EDI, POS, payroll, banking connections, and automation enhancements
• * Serve as a calm, structured operational leader who brings clarity and consistency

• Deep R365 or ERP systems experience
• * Steady, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• * Strong accounting foundation (5–7 years; multi-entity preferred)
• * Hospitality/restaurant accounting exposure strongly preferred

Compensation & Perks
