Director of Finance/Market Chief Financial Officer

About the position Responsibilities • Direct a team responsible for financial planning and analysis of the region's care delivery operations. • Participate in financial and functional decision-making processes. • Present and discuss financial status at organizational and community meetings. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. • Ten years progressive experience in finance. • Five years management experience or leadership. • Demonstrated proficiency with verbal, non-verbal and written communications skills. Nice-to-haves • Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field. • Experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) level within an acute care environment. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. • Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) awarded by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
