Position Summary
We are seeking a Director of Growth to design, lead, and execute strategies that fuel Longevity Health Plan’s rapid national expansion. This role is ideal for a high-energy, highly analytical, and deeply collaborative professional who excels at relationship building, market development, and strategic execution.
The Director of Growth will focus on building new Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) partnerships, developing and activating local market growth plans, driving channel partnerships, shaping market messaging, and supporting both new product and new market development. This person will work closely with leadership across the organization—including Growth, IPA, Finance, Local Markets, Analytics, and external partners—to deliver on annual growth and membership goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing and growth strategies within assigned territories to achieve annual membership targets.
- Conduct market sizing, competitive assessments, and pro-forma analyses to support joint ventures and new business opportunities.
- Become a subject matter expert in SNF environments, Medicaid dynamics, competitive landscapes, and local market nuances.
- Partner with local market leadership to build, document, monitor, and refine growth plans—presenting monthly progress and insights.
- Provide monthly pipeline forecasting, including risks, opportunities, and recommended remediation plans.
- Build strong relationships with local SNF associations, operators, and community partners to accelerate business development.
- Help define and refine company messaging, brand positioning, and value propositions across multiple audiences.
- Support content development including white papers, case studies, analytics-driven insights, and marketing campaigns.
- Support new market launches, new partner onboarding, and new product development efforts.
- Measure and optimize ROI of marketing and growth initiatives.
- Perform other growth and marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, consulting, or related growth roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual performance metrics.
- Strong experience managing full-cycle business development and overcoming barriers to close deals.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with market research, data analytics, and project management.
- Background in start-ups, SNFs, payers, value-based care, or healthcare consulting is a plus.

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to travel by car and airplane (up to 40%).
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and meet standard physical requirements.
