Role Overview
The Director of Podcast Production leads the podcast department and provides strategic, editorial, and operational oversight across all podcast initiatives. This role is responsible for the overall direction, quality, and accuracy of podcast content, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, aligned with organizational priorities, and executed at a high editorial standard.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the podcast department, directly supervising Senior Producers and ensuring effective oversight of all active podcast projects. Oversee project intake, assessing feasibility, scope, and alignment with organizational priorities. Review scripts and key editorial materials to ensure factual accuracy, alignment with organizational voice, and adherence to editorial standards prior to executive review.
