Role Overview
LeapXpert is looking for an exceptional Head of Product Marketing to own and elevate how we position, launch, and communicate the value of our platform across enterprise customers, partners, analysts, and the market at large.
What You Will Do
Own LeapXpert's product marketing strategy, narrative, and positioning across segments, verticals, and personas. Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor or leadership role.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end product marketing for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise products—not just executing on someone else’s strategy.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills: you can write a razor-sharp executive narrative, a detailed solution brief, and a punchy sales one-pager, and you know the difference.
- Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, buyer-centric value.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the nuances of selling into regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience creating sales enablement materials that actually get used and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire small teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders without relying on headcount or authority.
- Fluency in working with AI tools in a marketing context—whether for content creation, competitive research, workflow automation, or agent orchestration.
- Strong competitive research and market analysis skills; you anticipate moves before they happen.
- Highly self-directed: you set your own agenda, manage ambiguity well, and consistently deliver without needing to be told what to do next.
