- Accelerate Revenue and Market Presence: Spearhead initiatives to significantly increase revenue, pipeline, and market share for Concentrix CX Tech throughout the US market, with a focus on CCaaS partnerships.
- Achieve Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or surpass both quarterly and annual revenue/pipeline targets, demonstrating outstanding sales performance.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and execute dynamic partnerships with priority partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of various deal types and seizing opportunities by suggesting tailored tech partner solutions proactively.
- Craft Compelling Value Propositions: Develop and communicate unique value propositions that distinctly set Concentrix apart from the competition, highlighting our unique advantages and compelling offerings in the marketplace.

Qualifications

- Industry Background: Prior involvement in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform/Contact Center environments (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, CCaaS) is essential.
