Roles and Duties: • Follow all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment. • Enroll in safety training courses to develop the skills necessary for success in a fast-paced warehouse environment. • Prepare, handle, and dispatch products for delivery to clients and retail locations. • Safeguard the accurate processing of products for retail distribution and client deliveries. • Coordinate freight operations and improve inventory movement efficiency across the warehouse. • Ensure that your workspace is clean, organized, and clutter-free. • Arrive at work on time and ensure that tasks are executed with precision and according to the established schedule. • Collaborate in problem-solving activities to bolster ongoing operational improvements. • Express a favorable and respectful approach when completing tasks on your own or within a team dynamic. Requirements: • Able to frequently lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. • Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs. • Capacity to maintain an upright position, move about, exert pressure, pull, crouch, flex, and stretch during shifts. • Maintain a cheerful and competent attitude in both team settings and individual responsibilities. • Elementary math competencies, which involve counting, addition, and subtraction. • Competence in accurately comprehending and interpreting information provided on labels, tickets, and other product-related paperwork. • Efficiently operate computer systems or handheld devices independently after undergoing training. • Skillful at conveying messages verbally and in writing. • Ability to understand, speak, and interpret English proficiently to comply with safety instructions, policies, and guidelines. Additional Requirements: • Proficient in receiving instruction and utilizing powered machinery with safety measures in place (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Proficient in completing tasks at heights of up to 40 feet whenever necessary. • Proficient in working for prolonged durations in temperature-controlled settings, like refrigerated and frozen environments.
