What You’ll Do Inspire High Performance Lead your team of 8 Sales Representatives to exceed sales goals through clear direction, support, and recognition. Drive local execution of national strategies using data-informed decisions and a collaborative approach. Coach & Develop Future Leaders Mentor your team in effective communication, relationship-building, and impactful selling. Conduct regular field visits and one-on-one coaching to help each individual thrive and grow their careers. Hire, Engage & Retain Top Talent Build a team that reflects both excellence and diversity. Foster a supportive culture with recognition, development opportunities, and open communication. Strategic Thinking with a Human Touch Create localized business plans that align with national goals—always keeping patients and providers at the center. Lead business reviews and adapt strategy based on real-world feedback and results. Champion Strong Relationships Cultivate trust with healthcare professionals and clinics, helping your team deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with Purpose Work closely with Medical, Marketing, Compliance, and Market Access to ensure ethical, aligned, and effective execution. What You Bring Education : Undergraduate degree in Business or Science is required. A post-graduate degree in a related field would be considered an asset Licensing : Valid driver’s license, CCPE Basic, and CCPE People Management Accreditation Experience : 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years in people management Strong background in Sales, with exposure to Marketing or cross-functional teams Leadership Style : Empathetic and empowering, with the ability to motivate diverse personalities Skilled in fostering accountability while offering support and mentorship Collaborative and solution-focused with strong communication skills Bonus Points If You’re : A builder of inclusive team cultures Passionate about patient outcomes and long-term impact Eager to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven company Why Join Us?
