Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team remotely. As a Document Controller at Disney, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our documentation processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with industry standards. Your meticulous approach and organizational skills will contribute to the seamless operation of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all company documents, including contracts, reports, and technical documentation. Version Control: Ensure that all documents are accurately versioned, and changes are tracked meticulously. Access Control: Manage document access rights and permissions to ensure that only authorized individuals can view, edit, or delete documents. Quality Assurance: Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. Compliance: Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant industry regulations and company policies. Collaboration: Facilitate the efficient flow of documents between departments and teams, acting as a liaison to resolve any document-related issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role. Strong knowledge of document management software and tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and document control software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of self-discipline. Knowledge of Disney and its values is a plus.
