Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction through open and interactive communication.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents efficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and excellence in customer service.
Your Qualifications: What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals with a natural talent for helping others and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Dutch, with a good level of English.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Strong written skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
