Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with both candidates and hiring managers. Keep detailed records of candidate progress and recruitment activities. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. No previous experience in recruitment is necessary; full training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others. Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
