Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and specific job criteria. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals and social media. Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Keep organized records of candidates and recruitment activities. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. No prior recruitment experience is necessary; training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others. Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
