The Chat Support Associate sits at the heart of the arenaflex experience. You will be the trusted voice guiding veterinary professionals through critical purchasing decisions, troubleshooting platform challenges, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, efficient, and supportive. Key Responsibilities
- Real‑time Assistance: Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with speed, clarity, and empathy, ensuring users feel heard and helped.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Diagnose technical issues, guide users through step‑by‑step resolutions, and translate complex concepts into easy‑to‑understand language.
- Account Management: Perform proactive outreach, monitor account health, process credit approvals, and manage item issue reports and reviews.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Relay user feedback and feature requests to engineering, product, and partner teams; partner with vendors to streamline communications and alerts.

Essential Qualifications
