E-commerce Product & Shopify Data Analyst

Summary We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Enrichment Agent to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at managing multiple priorities. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our product data and inventory, requiring strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional departments. Responsibilities Product and Data Management: Oversee the entire SKU lifecycle, including setup, tagging in Shopify, and bundling for promotions. Develop and maintain Shopify collections to enhance the customer shopping experience. Ensure all product images are appropriately resized and named for optimal web display. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze weekly sales reports to deliver key business insights. Conduct competitive research to inform pricing and product strategy. Inventory and Operations: Manage daily inventory operations to prevent stockouts and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the Vendor Manager to oversee shipping and receiving logistics and address any escalations. Vendor and Business Development Support: Assist with business development initiatives, including distributing vendor questionnaires. Collect and process vendor information such as W-9 forms and banking details, and organize vendor folders efficiently. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients. Communicate project statuses, updates, and challenges effectively to various stakeholders. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Management or any similar role under an E-commerce client/account. Demonstrated experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently to clients and internal cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify. Experience in data management and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently. A proactive attitude coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
