Position Summary
We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce Project Manager with experience in the apparel or home lifestyle categories and a strong background in Amazon U.S. marketplace operations, marketing, and cross-border e-commerce. This role will manage category initiatives, product launch planning, content strategy, and brand execution while coordinating cross-functional teams across the U.S. and China. You will play a key role in driving localized brand growth and improving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
• Manage end-to-end project planning and execution for apparel and home category initiatives.
• Define project timelines, milestones, risks, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead day-to-day collaboration between U.S. and China teams.
• Build processes and SOPs to support scalable, efficient operations.
2. Category & Product Management
• Own the product launch calendar and seasonal merchandise planning.
• Participate in style selection, sample review, and product positioning discussions.
• Conduct competitive landscape research and consumer insight analysis.
• Optimize SKU mix, product lifecycle, and assortment strategy.
3. Content & Creative Strategy (Strategy-focused)
• Develop localized content strategy, brand voice, and creative direction for the U.S. market.
• Co-create campaign concepts, scripts, storyboards, and briefs with creative teams.
• Provide strategic guidance for UGC/creator content to ensure brand alignment.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and website channels.
4. Marketing & Commercial Growth
• Partner with marketing teams to shape U.S. go-to-market and growth initiatives.
• Work closely with Amazon operations to improve category performance and sales results.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track content and commercial KPIs, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify issues and opportunities; refine strategies based on performance.
6. Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Experience working with Amazon U.S. is required.
• Experience in apparel or home category management.
• Experience collaborating with China-based cross-border e-commerce teams.
• Strong communication, project management, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin (required for cross-border team coordination).
