Job Description: I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to help finalize, format, publish, and schedule marketing for digital eBooks. You will work from a completed Word doc (fully written and formatted) and follow a repeatable workflow to prepare the book for sale across platforms like Amazon KDP, Etsy, and Pinterest. --- Responsibilities: Designrr Formatting: - Import provided .docx file into Designrr - Apply proper heading styles: - Chapter titles as H2 - Section titles as bold, paragraph style - Insert provided high-res images and printables - Export both PDF and EPUB formats - Ensure all formatting is clean and professional (no manual line breaks or inconsistent spacing) Etsy & Amazon KDP Publishing: - Upload the finalized PDF to Etsy - Use provided SEO title, bullet points, description, tags, and pricing - Upload front + back cover and printables (as PNGs) - Upload to Amazon KDP - Use provided metadata and keywords - Ensure final EPUB and cover meet upload standards - Select proper categories and pricing (usually $14.99–$19.99) Pinterest (Tailwind Scheduler): - Upload 6–8 provided pins to Tailwind - Use given content calendar (3x per week) - Schedule each post to the correct boards with hashtags + SEO tags - Ensure product links point to the correct Etsy or Amazon listing --- Requirements: - Experience with Designrr - Familiarity with Etsy Seller Dashboard - Amazon KDP listing experience (no print version needed) - Working knowledge of Tailwind for Pinterest - Eye for formatting consistency and visual polish - Ability to follow structured checklists and work independently --- We Provide: - Fully written and formatted Word doc (.docx) - Final front and back cover images (PNG) - All SEO assets: titles, bullet points, tags, and descriptions - Pinterest pin images - Marketing content calendar with posting instructions - High-res PNG printables (e.g., charts, planners, checklists) --- Turnaround Time: Looking for 2–3 day delivery per project, with the potential for 1–2 projects per week. --- Budget: $100 flat per project (Each project includes formatting + uploading + scheduling) --- To Apply: Please share: - A sample of a Designrr-formatted ebook or Amazon KDP listing you've worked on - Your experience with Etsy or Pinterest scheduling - Your expected turnaround time per book Apply tot his job
