eDiscovery Functional Analyst - Secret Clearance - CAN Softtech Inc

This is designed for other than Information Technology functional expertise, but the expertise is required to support an IT task. Provides task-unique functional expertise necessary to interpret requirements, ensure responsiveness and achieve successful performance. Advises IT consultants with the analysis, evaluation and implementation of systems and other IT tasks. This is a non-management position. Minimum Requirements: Five (5) years relevant experience Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. Must possess Secret Clearance Additional Preferred Skills / Additional Relevant Experience / Additional Preferred Education: Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) Five (5) years relevant experience in eDiscovery required. One (1) year experience with the Exterro eDiscovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc. Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including E-Government Act and Privacy Act. Expertise in governing information pursuant to industry standards. Broad experience in the preservation of metadata. Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project Management certification) BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience Location: Remote Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
