Our Army School Support team is growing, and we're looking for a Support Analyst who thrives on client interaction, enjoys research, and brings experience in higher education to the table. If you enjoy helping institutions succeed, have a talent for turning complex policies into clear guidance, and want to make an impact that matters, this could be the opportunity for you. What You'll Do • Provide expert guidance to higher education institutions on Army Tuition Assistance policies and procedures. • Develop and share clear, easy-to-use guidance materials for schools. • Assist in creating and presenting quarterly webinars. • Maintain information platforms and ensure updates are accurate and timely. • Troubleshoot and resolve school concerns related to Army Tuition Assistance. • Collaborate with clients and teammates in a supportive, solutions-focused environment. What We're Looking For • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required; prior work in higher education (Admissions, Advisement, Career Services, Veterans Office, or Financial Aid preferred). • Skills: Strong communication, compliance, and problem-solving abilities; comfort with public speaking; knowledge of higher education systems. • Tools You'll Use: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, MS Teams, and Mighty Networks. • Personal Strengths: Client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow with a supportive team.
