Responsibilities: • Scheduling work activities, determining material needs, coordinating work with general contractors • Install and repair electrical conduit, wire, equipment and fixtures • Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems • Troubleshoot electrical and fire alarm systems • Oversee employee productivity to maintain budget • Organize and instruct work crews in their task assignments • Apply safety standards to work methods and adhere to all quality and safety codes • Apply Electric Code requirements to all work ​​ Qualifications: • Must have journeyman or master electrician certification. • Must be experienced and knowledgeable in commercial and industrial electrical work on military bases. • Candidate must be honest, dependable, self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, drug free, clean-cut and neat, and a US • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and possess good written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals and be able to interpret plans and specifications to layout and install electrical systems and devices • Must maintain attention to quality and detail, be highly productive and dependable • Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Must have required tools for trade, legal driver's license and transportation • Computer proficient in basic Word and Excel programs Drug free workplace.
