Email Appointment Setter Needed – Respond to Warm Leads (Simple Script, Long-Term Role)

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly appointment setter to join our growing marketing company. We help med spas in the U.S. get more high-ticket patients. Your job will be to reply to warm email leads (people who have already shown interest) and get them booked into our calendar. No sales experience needed. We provide: - Copy-paste scripts to use. - Training to handle replies. Your Role: - Monitor an inbox during U.S. business hours (EST). - Reply to positive responses within 5 minutes using our scripts. - Direct them to book a time on our calendar. - Track conversations in a spreadsheet/CRM (we’ll show you how). What We’re Looking For: - Excellent written English. - Reliable internet + ability to respond quickly. - Positive, friendly communicator. - Long-term mindset (this is a stable role, not a one-off gig).
