Part-Time Email Marketing Strategist for Timeless Trend Media Timeless Trend Media is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Strategist to join our team and help craft results-driven campaigns for our clients across fashion, beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle industries. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-performing email strategies that engage audiences, build loyalty, and drive conversions. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure campaigns are on-brand, compelling, and aligned with client goals. Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives • Write and optimize compelling copy to boost open and click-through rates • Manage and segment email lists of 10,000+ subscribers • Create automation workflows and sequences that convert • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for improvement • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging Requirements: • Proven experience in email marketing strategy and execution • Proficient in platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Squarespace Email Campaigns • Knowledge of email automation tools and integrations (including Zapier) • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to use AI tools for efficiency—without losing a human touch • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently • Experience with list management, segmentation, and deliverability best practices Commitment: • Part-time: 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential to increase based on campaign performance and client growth How to Apply: To ensure your application is reviewed, please add the words “Pink Skies” at the very top of your proposal.
