Employment Litigation Specialist

The Opportunity: A mission-driven employment discrimination law firm based in New York City, seeks a highly skilled, business-minded Employment Litigation Specialist to draft pre-suit correspondence in connection with a broad range of complex plaintiff-side cases. This is a fully remote long-term, temporary position. The hourly rate is $50-$55 plus benefits. Primary Duties: A powerhouse boutique law firm specializes in pre-litigation advocacy, using aggressive, results-driven strategies to secure favorable outcomes for their clients. The successful Employment Litigation Specialist will have expertise in employment discrimination law and the ability to draft persuasive and impactful pre-suit litigation correspondence leading to favorable, high dollar settlements. You must be a true team player who can expertly digest facts, synthesize legal analysis and craft legally sound and compelling narratives.
