Enrollment Representative - Entry Level

As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative with our company, you will be connecting customers with solutions to energy services and products. We understand the importance of customers wanting to go greener and we are here to provide that for them. The Entry Level Enrollment Representative will be able to provide each customer with information about the services they are inquiring about by supporting them with updates, service changes, and promotions that may only be available directly to them. The Entry Level Enrollment Representative will concentrate on working with customers and businesses to provide them with superior customer service and sales experiences. The Entry Level Enrollment Representative will also present new energy solutions and will work with the customers to streamline their new account and set them up with the service. Entry Level Enrollment Representative Qualifications: • Interact with customers and businesses about products and services that they have either inquired about or are eligible for to increase sales and revenue generated for our clients • Educating customers about products and services so that they have a full understanding and feel confident in their transaction • Resolve issues and/or complaints with customers effectively with a solution always in mind • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals • Stay current on all new sales promotions • Managing customers accounts with attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service Entry Level Enrollment Representative Responsibilities: • A passion for helping customers thrive • Strong communication skills to connect with customers and build trust • A proactive and solution orientated mindset to identify and solve challenges and questions effectively • A desire to learn, advance customer service skills, and exceed sales expectations • Teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and deliver results • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role • Bilingual is a plus to work with a diverse set of customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person Apply tot his job
