Entry Level Accountant

As an Entry-Level Accountant at arrivia, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You'll be responsible for various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Process daily check deposits, electronic deposits, and payments for all company cash and merchant accounts. ? Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. ? Reconcile bank accounts and identify any discrepancies. ? Analyze specific general ledger accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. ? Research and resolve accounting discrepancies. ? Assist with month-end closing procedures. ? Perform other accounting tasks as assigned. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. ? 1-2 years of accounting experience highly preferred ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). ?
