This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience, and we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic automotive services, including oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, and preventative maintenance Conduct vehicle inspections and identify problems or needed repairs Develop skills and knowledge to perform additional automotive services, such as tire repairs and filter replacements Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to achieve shared goals Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions Commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and market location.
