Entry-Level Bookkeeping – Remote

Profit YO is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in bookkeeping and billing. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you! Position Type:Full-Time Schedule:Flexible hours between 3 AM – 11 PM EST (3 PM – 11 PM Singapore Time) Compensation:Depends on experience Location:Remote What You’ll Do: • Convert PDF statements to CSV files • Upload and categorize transactions in Quick Books or Wave App • Assist with billing tasks for our companies • Reconcile books and generate financial reports • Support special projects and administrative tasks • Attend weekly training calls and grow into leadership roles Requirements: • Some college or GED preferred • Bilingual (English/Chinese)is a plus • A computer with at least an i3 processor • Stable internet connection • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Willingness to learn and grow with the company How to Apply: • Submit a1–2 minute introduction video of yourself • Answer: How many years of bookkeeping experience do you have? • Answer: Why should we choose you over other candidates? • Answer: What is your preferred hourly rate for a full-time position?
