Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, meeting monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines.
- Enter required grant data accurately into NRS, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols.
- Conduct regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and collaboration.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management and adaptability skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, to inform program development and improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, and preparing mailings, to support the smooth operation of our office.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
- Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, including MS Office Software, particularly Excel, to efficiently manage data and perform administrative tasks.
- Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy, planning, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively, and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent typing skills, with high accuracy and speed, to meet the demands of data entry and administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for errors and inconsistencies, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, building strong relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals.
