We are seeking full-time, hardworking, self-disciplined and positive attitude thinking talent to join our fast paced team. As an independent benefits specialist you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win and serve others. We have been blessed to have doubled our sales since 2020, and we’re growing faster than ever! Entry level associate and fast-track management positions are our priority. Promotions are 100% merit and performance based - you will have an opportunity to grow as fast as you want. Senior level and partner roles can be accomplished within 2-3 years, opportunity to own an agency is available to the top tier performers. First year associates yearly earnings between 65K and 100k. We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1-2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances and recruiting bonuses and 100% are performance based in all levels of the career Qualifications: Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom) Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous A degree is welcome but not required—performance and initiative are what matter most Compensation: First year associates yearly earnings between 65K and 100k.
