Interested candidates should submit an email outlining why you think you want to work at Legacy Talent Search, and why you want to be a recruiter to [email protected] • We are only accepting candidates from Vancouver, WA and nearby currently.* Key Responsibilities: • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. • Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and social media. • Telemarketing Sales to find new business opportunities • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and understand role requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and consistent communication. • Track candidate progress, collect feedback, and coordinate interview logistics. • Represent the Legacy brand professionally and positively to all candidates. • Contribute to special projects and other recruiting-related tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have sales experience. • Ability to build strong relationships and engage candidates. • Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail. • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Confidence using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and open to learning new tools. • Strong judgment and the ability to assess candidate fit across a wide range of roles.
