The role involves handling shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from multiple areas within the company, identifying and resolving discrepancies from various reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with numerous internal and external regions to create effective resolutions to clear up problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies in eligibility records
• Review and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Handle shared mailboxes and work queues, responding to issues and queries from various stakeholders
• Reconcile eligibility among systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve data quality
• Monitor and track records, providing updates and insights to relevant teams

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
