We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401K benefit As a recruiter on our team, you will have the following responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates Assist clients in filling urgent job positions Identify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placements Utilize our recruiting tools and materials effectively Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interview Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients Conduct reference checks on candidates To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills A proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity Comfortable building relationships over the phone Strong ethical values and integrity Effective negotiation skills While a degree is preferred, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
