Entry Level Remote Recruiter - Work From Home

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates across various platforms. Duties • Screening and sourcing candidate resumes. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records. • Engage in cold calling and relationship management to connect with prospective candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. (100 calls/day) • Assist in the interviewing process by evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles. • Contribute to internal recruiting efforts and support executive recruiting as needed. Experience • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates at all levels. • Previous experience in sales or customer service can be beneficial for developing negotiation skills.
