About the position The Staff Accountant position at Enterprise Mobility is an entry-level role within the Business Management team, aimed at developing future leaders in Accounting and Finance. This role provides foundational training in financial management, preparing individuals for supervisory positions and offering opportunities for performance-based promotions and significant earning potential. Responsibilities • Exposure to basic accounting procedures and principles, including accounts payable and receivable systems. • Preparation and analysis of financial statements. • Running a financial operation and balancing marketing and operational aspects of the business. • Working closely with various departments such as sales, marketing, human resources, and procurement to enhance customer service and profitability. • Progressing to a supervisory role within the business management team based on individual performance. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. • Interest in obtaining CPA or CMA within 1-2 years preferred. • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary. • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years. • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship. • Willingness to consider relocation outside local area/state within a 1-3 year period for promotional opportunities.
