All of our staff go through many hours of training to each play their important part in the approach. Youth are learning by two main methods, modeling and teaching, through therapeutic relationships established with the treatment staff.Our team of professionals assist our patients in the treatment process involving medical staff, nursing, psychology, social work, rehabilitation therapy and our community integration program. Evansville State Hospital continues to maintain accreditation through The Joint Commission as an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital as well as Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services certification as a Psychiatric Medicare/Medicaid Hospital.Salary Statement:The salary for this position traditionally starts at $41,210.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.A Day in the Life:The essential functions of this role are as follows: The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
