Epic HB & PB Analyst (HB & PB Certified) Location: Fremont, CA but open to 100% remote Duration: 6-12 Months Contract Job Description: The client is seeking an Epic-certified Revenue Guardian Analyst with dual certification in Resolute HB and PB to support revenue integrity and charge capture initiatives. This resource will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, Epic, and vendor partners to ensure claims, contracts, and charge workflows are fully optimized. The role requires hands-on expertise in Revenue Guardian (Charge Reconciliation and Charge Related Edits), as well as the ability to evaluate existing builds, reverse engineer solutions, and reconfigure where needed to meet business and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership, billing teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflows. Configure and maintain Revenue Guardian rules and workqueues in both HB and PB. Support charge capture and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and complete billing. Perform build analysis and reverse engineer existing workflows to identify gaps and redesign solutions. Partner with vendor teams to validate integrations, workflows, and downstream impacts on claims and contracts. Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and testing scenarios. Train business users and revenue cycle staff on new workflows and best practices. Must-Have Skills: Epic Resolute HB & PB Certifications (both required). Proven experience with Revenue Guardian (Charge Capture, Reconciliation, Charge Related Edits). Strong understanding of claims workflows and payer contracts. Ability to work closely with the business to gather requirements and translate into Epic build. Experience in workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
