About the Role As our Recruitment & Onboarding Intern, you will: Support sourcing top IT and technical talent via job portals and social media. Assist with screening CVs and pre‑screening questionnaires. Coordinate interviews and help manage candidate logistics. Contribute to creating candidate profiles and maintaining recruitment databases. Help prepare onboarding materials, welcome packs, and new hire schedules. Participate in follow‑up procedures with newly onboarded colleagues. What We Are Looking For Currently enrolled in a university and eligible for Erasmus+. Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent management. Fluent English (and Polish, if possible). Organized, communicative, and eager to learn. Comfortable with multitasking and operating in a dynamic, tech‑oriented environment.
