Description: We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team during the evening/night shift. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing guest communications while maintaining a human and empathetic touch. You will play a key role in guest satisfaction, operational oversight, and team support while working with our tech stack. Responsibilities: Manage and respond to guest requests across multiple platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Guesty). Monitor Minut noise sensors and cameras to detect and prevent parties or rule violations, including calling guests directly when necessary. Oversee guest verification and payment processes using Enso, Autohost, Stripe. Manage review handling, including working to remove problematic reviews when possible. Provide professional English-speaking phone support with empathy and clarity. Communicate effectively with the team through Slack for seamless coordination. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members. Support leadership with executive tasks and coordination as needed. Requirements: Proven experience with Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Enso, Autohost, Stripe, Minut, and Slack. Excellent written and spoken English (must feel comfortable making phone calls to guests). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Experience in training and interviewing is a strong plus. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
