Cory Executive Recruiting is actively seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Executive Recruiter to join our ambitious team. This role is integral to our business growth and requires a minimum of 3 years of successful recruitment experience on a direct-hire, contingent, and/or retained basis. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong full-desk recruitment background... who can function independently and maintain high accountability while driving new business development. As a part of our team, you will be working in unison with other industry-leading professionals, focusing on similar industries or disciplines. This role is instrumental in fostering our firm's expansion by actively participating in business development initiatives, sourcing high-quality clients and candidates, and ensuring superb recruitment services. Responsibilities: ? Independently manage a 'Full-Desk,' developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of clients and candidates ? Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities, contributing significantly to the company's expansion ? Collaborate effectively with other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver optimal results ? Regularly record and document all activity in the ATS/CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and comprehensiveness ? Conduct candidate sourcing, including headhunting, job posting, and database mining ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions ? Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, effectively assessing and matching candidate skills to client needs ? Negotiate terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and job responsibilities ? Provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process ? Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Qualifications: ? Demonstrated success in the executive recruitment industry, with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management ? Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational abilities ? Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively convey information and expectations ? Strong leadership qualities, with an emphasis on accountability, initiative, and an independent work ethic This position is a remote role, allowing you to operate from your home office with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
